Mr. M.S.SUNDARA RAJAN assumed charge as Chairman & Managing Director of Indian Bank on 4^th June 2007. Prior to taking over charge as CMD, he was Executive Director of Indian Bank from 1^st April 2006 and has over 35years of experience in Banking.

Sundara Rajan is a Post Graduate in Economics from the University of Madras and an Associate of Institute ofCompany Secretaries of India. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.He has been a member of the Faculty of Union Bank Staff Training establishment at Bangalore for nearlyseven years after exposure at field level from 1972 to 1981. His wide experience was in credit portfolio inadministrative offices at Bangalore and Chennai before becoming Chief Manager of Industrial Finance Branch atMumbai and Assistant General Manager at Industrial Finance Branch Delhi. He was Assistant General Managerand Deputy General Manager looking after credit portfolio at Corporate Office in Mumbai. He became GeneralManager in 2003 and was in charge of Mumbai Metropolitan Zone covering 102 branches with an overallbusiness of Rs.33, 000 crores.

He was a member of the Committee on Agro Business of Indian Banks’ Association. He was Member of theCommittee on Diploma in Banking & Finance and Junior Associate in Indian Institute of Banking & Finance,Mumbai (IIBF) and a Director in United India Insurance Company Ltd and actively contributed in the board deliberations.M.S.SundaraRajan, Ex- CMD of the Bank has been ranked 45^th in the Economic Times India Inc’s most powerful CEOs list (2009). He was ranked No.2 among the CEOs of Nationalized Banks and No.6 among the CEOs of Commercial banks and has received Golden peacock National Training Award for the year 2009 presented at a special awards function on 9^th October 2009 at London during the 10th International conference on Corporate Governance. During the Chairmanship of Mr. Rajan, Indian Bank featured in the list of Forbes 2000 – 2009 (1659^th position). Under his leadership, Indian Bank became one among the 19 Indian Banks / financial institutions which are in thetop 500 Global Financial Brands 2009 based on a study made by Brand Finance Plc in association with the Banker magazine.

Mr. S. V. MONY has held senior positions in Indian insurance sector such as CMD of New India Assurance, Chairman of General Insurance Corporation of India (1991 -95). Did set up and held position of CEO of AMP Sanmar Life Insurance Co, Asia Director of GIO Australia.  He has taught Insurance, Reinsurance and Risk management in the Business School of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. Till recently, he was Chairman of the Board of Mitsui Sumitomo’s India joint venture in General Insurance (Chola MS Gen Ins)

He was Secretary General of Life Insurance Council and was Member of the first Advisory Committee of IRDA.

He was also Chairman of the GIC Mutual fund, Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Chairman of India International Insurance co, Singapore, Chairman of Asian Reinsurance Corporation, Bangkok. He has chaired UNCTAD sessions on insurance and played a role in international policies for insurance and reinsurance development.

Till recently he seconded to Commonwealth Secretariat and later to UNCTAD, Geneva, as Regional Insurance Advisor to the Caribbean Community Secretariat, on insurance legislation and reforms. He was elected Chairman of First Meeting of the UNCTAD’s New Committee for Insurance.

He has represented India on Financial Services (Insurance) in the Uruguay Round Talks. 

He played a significant role in setting up Barbados, West Indies, as a successful offshore Captive insurance centre and is a recognized insurance and reinsurance resource person across countries. He has played a very significant role in formulating Reinsurance programmes for the Country from the year 1971.  He presented conference papers in several international countries.

Mr. NAGARAJ MYLANDLA is the Founder and Managing Director of FSS India. He has spearheaded the online cards and payment networks in India.  Prior to founding FSS, Nagaraj worked closely with the Indian Banking Industry and has a CAIIB to his credit along with an MBA from The University of Nebraska, Omaha. He followed this with valuable card and payment industry experience in the United States while working with First Data and later with ACI. 

In FSS, Nagaraj has successfully created a hotbed of payment domain expertise, with skill sets, and support capabilities that meet with global payment needs. FSS today is a US $55 million company, and aims to reach US $100 million by March 2011.Nagaraj has successfully guided FSS by strategically building the company into a thought leader in the Payments Industry. Revenues today predominantly come from the 2 major divisions of the company, FSS Technologies and FSSNeT. Nagaraj and his team created FSSNeT to provide a pan India shared ATM network. FSSNeT is the largest third party service provider in the Indian region

With the implementation of transaction processing and switching solutions for over 30 banks and financial institutions in India and 80+ customers worldwide FSS is a one stop entity for payment solutions, support services and third party processing expertise

Mr. TERRY THOMASis a Partner with the Advisory Services Practice of Ernst & Young. He joined Ernst & Young in 1999 and is based out of Chennai Office.

He is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a BS 7799 Lead Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is the IT Risk and Assurance, Leader for Ernst & Young, India.  He also heads the Advanced Security Center and Data Analytics Lab in India.

He has over 25 years of IS risk management experience in several industries like the Technology

Mr. S. SHIVRAM has over 18 years of experience in human capital management consulting and has undertaken various engagements in India, Singapore and Africa. He is the Director, Human Capital Services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd and is based at Chennai.

His expertise ranges from Organization Design, Leadership development, HR Transformation, Change management to Executive training, Talent Management and HR system Design. Shivram has led engagements on Organization restructuring, Competency mapping and assessment, Performance management systems design, Compensation strategies and restructuring for a vast number of organizations across industries.

Apart from this he has also been associated with large Strategy and Operations assignments inter-alia ERP implementation, by facilitating Change Management and conducting Communication Workshops and Programs. He has been extensively involved in change management during mergers, leading organization redesign and business performance management modules. He has also been associated with the Global Team in developing the HR Point of View of Deloitte on People Dimension of Transformation (PDT).

Mr. Shivram holds a B. Tech degree and PGDBM from IIM – Lucknow.
